CopperTree Solutions is an MSP located in the Waterloo region of Ontario. With a team of around 25 employees, CopperTree is positioning themselves as the leading MSP in the area. With fully flashed out teams like a Professional Services department, a team of vCIOs, Centralized Services Department, active duty Technical Alignment team etc.
They knew that the digital landscape was a very powerful source of getting local clients, so they hired me to create an inbound lead generation system that allowed their sales team to take meetings with qualified inbound leads looking to utilize their services. In a matter of months, CopperTree had a fully flashed out Strategic Marketing Plan bringing new qualified prospects to the CopperTree’s sales pipeline.

CopperTree Solutions was created by an individual named Colin Shantz over 10 years ago. His core beliefs placed within the business have grown to a trusted and respected company with a dedicated team of IT professionals working around the clock to keep their clients proactively secure, running efficiently and moving forward within the digital landscape of IT.
Before we worked with CopperTree Solutions they tried to outsource the marketing strategy from a generic, non niche specific marketing agency alongside some other vendors. This resulted in a confusing strategy that was not cohesive and showed a lot of broken links in the delivery process of inbound leads. The branding was 10 years old (yes, since the company was founded) and the marketing material being used followed suit. They were not getting any lead submissions and prospects couldn’t directly book a meeting with the sales team, creating more barriers between the prospect seeking to buy and the company.

Once we started working with CopperTree our number 1 priority was getting the marketing foundation down and ready to be leveraged. This consisted of a deep dive analysis of their current situation and an understanding of where they wanted to go allowing us to come up with a tailored strategy. We did a complete revamp of the logo and branding of the company, bringing the designs in competition with modern brands. Removing the unnecessary vendors that were all working as separate entities and brought everything “in-house”. Implemented a lead funnel strategy, ad strategy, marketing content strategy, a drip campaign strategy, a website strategy, a positive review strategy, local event strategy, metric tracking strategy, that all tied back to our original goal of generating qualified inbound leads to the sales team for an easy close.
